20+ Years Supporting Knee Recovery

I’m Kirsty Harris, a Chartered and HCPC Registered Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with over 20 years' clinical experience supporting knee recovery.
I believe rehabilitation should feel clear and manageable — not rushed or overwhelming. I designed this programme to provide a structured, progressive pathway that helps you build strength safely and confidently over time.
Knee recovery isn't always linear. Flare-ups can happen. This programme is built for the 'bad days' too — teaching you how to adjust load safely and continue progressing with confidence.

You have persistent knee pain, stiffness or recurrent flare-ups
You've been diagnosed with osteoarthritis or "wear and tear" changes
Your knee feels weak, unstable or unreliable
You're recovering from knee injury or surgery and would benefit from structured guidance
You're unsure how to safely rebuild strength without making it worse
You want a clear, progressive rehabilitation plan you can follow at home
You are prepared to engage consistently with a structured rehabilitation programme
If you're unsure whether this applies to you, the short screening process will help determine suitability.
Early participants have reported measurable improvements in pain, strength, walking tolerance and confidence — and a clearer understanding of how to manage their knee long-term.
"Real results from people just like you"
1. Start Straight Away:
Begin your first session immediately with a quick safety check to make sure the programme is right for you.
2. Complete Your Trial Week:
Over your first 7 days, you’ll experience how the programme works through guided exercise sessions and structured support.
This week is about building confidence, understanding the approach, and seeing how the programme fits into your routine.
3. Follow Your Structured Weekly Plan:
Each week, you'll follow progressive sessions designed to build:
Strength
Control
Confidence
The programme is designed to be safe, structured and sustainable.
4. Track Measurable Improvements:
At the start of Week 2, you'll establish your clinical baseline including strength tests and outcome measures.
These are repeated at Week 6 and Week 12 so you can clearly track your progress over time.
5. Continue into the Full 12-Week Programme:
After 7-day access, you can choose to continue into the full 12-week rehabilitation programme (£297).
Start with 7 days free access — no payment required.
If this feels like the right approach for your knee, you can continue into the full programme:
£297

3 Physiotherapy-led sessions per week
Progress tracking at Week 2, Week 6 & Week 12
Weekly live Q&A sessions (recordings available to watch later)

Begin With 7 Days to Experience the Programme.
Start your first session today with a quick safety check (takes under a minute)
Before starting, you’ll complete a quick safety check (takes under a minute) to make sure the programme is appropriate for you.
Your full clinical baseline (strength tests and outcome measures) is completed later if you decide to continue into the programme.
No — you do not need a referral. This is a physiotherapist-led self-referral programme designed for people with ongoing knee pain, arthritis or post-operative recovery,
Yes. Progressive strengthening is one of the most effective ways to improve knee function and reduce symptoms in osteoarthritis.
In many cases, yes — depending on your stage of recovery and your consultant’s guidance.
Flare-ups can happen — and they’re common during rehabilitation.
You’ll learn how to manage flare-ups and adjust your load appropriately when needed.
Most people complete 3 exercise sessions per week, each under 60 minutes.
There is also a weekly live Q&A session (which you can attend live or watch as a recording).
For the initial 7-day access, you’ll only need simple household items such as a chair, step or stairs, and light weights (which can be substituted with items you already have at home).
If you choose to continue into the full 12-week programme, a resistance band will be included in your welcome pack and introduced from Week 2 onwards.
The exercises are designed to be practical, safe and achievable at home.
That’s absolutely fine — many participants aren’t particularly tech-savvy.
The platform is simple to use and clearly structured. You can pause, rewind and replay exercise videos as needed.
Once you enrol and complete the short onboarding, you’ll have access to a structured dashboard showing exactly what to do each week.
The programme follows a structured 12-week pathway, with clear guidance on how to adjust exercises to your current level and symptoms.
Weekly Q&A sessions allow you to ask questions and receive expert guidance.
Many participants notice improvements in pain, confidence and movement within the first few weeks.
Strength and long-term function develop progressively across the full 12 weeks.
Every knee is different. The programme progresses gradually and includes outcome tracking, so you can clearly see how your knee is responding.
If during onboarding it’s clear the programme isn’t appropriate for you, you’ll be advised before starting.
No. You will only be asked to make payment if you choose to continue after the initial 7 days.
You’re welcome to email [email protected] and we aim to respond within 1–2 working days.
Please note we can’t provide individual medical advice by email. A structured onboarding process ensures the programme is appropriate before you begin.
If this feels like the right next step for your knee, you can begin today.
